SATURDAY AND SUNDAY
During the summer season, we accept bookings in multiples of 7 nights (7, 14, 21, …).
Shorter stays or alternative arrival days may be possible on request — please contact us to enquire.
The maximum occupancy is 7 guests (adults and children combined).
Infants and toddlers sleeping in travel cots (provided on request) do not count towards occupancy.

Larger groups are welcome to book both villas together - please contact us for this option.

OCCUPANCY
Maximum occupancy for 7 people, not including infants/toddlers of 24 months or under or toddlers sleeping in a travel cots (which we can provide on request).
ACCESS
Please note that access to the property is via an unsurfaced access road which presents no problems to careful drivers but is unsuitable for low slung cars.
TENANCY TIMES
Arrival from 15:00 Departure by 10:00.
SWIMMING POOL AREA
Please note that Oceanos Villa has the pool at the same level as the outdoor living area. As the pool is not fenced, it might not be as suitable for families with young children. Helios Villa would be safer and more suited to families like these as the pool area is at a different level and the area is isolated by a fence/gate.
