Maximum occupancy for 6 people (adults and kids) in total.
For larger groups both Villas can be rented together.
Please note that infants/toddlers sleeping in travel cots (which we are happy to provide) do not count towards occupancy

OCCUPANCY
Maximum occupancy for 6 people, not including infants/toddlers of 24 months or under or toddlers sleeping in a travel cots (which we can provide on request).
ACCESS
Please note that access to the property is via an unsurfaced access road which presents no problems to careful drivers but is unsuitable for low slung cars.
TENANCY TIMES
Arrival from 15:00 Departure by 10:00.
Please note that the standard check-in time at our properties is from15:00 and that we ask guests to vacate the property by 10:00am on departure day, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
SWIMMING POOL AREA
Please note that Oceanos Villa has the pool at the same level as the outdoor living area. As the pool is not fenced, it might not be as suitable for families with young children. Helios Villa would be safer and more suited to families like these as the pool area is at a different level and the area is isolated by a fence/gate.
