Luxury, serenity and unbelievable beauty!
" This was our first holiday with our 3-month old daughter, badly needed after the initial chaos of becoming new parents - and it could not have been more perfect! We enjoyed every little thing - from stunning views from every room and corner of the villa, to the ability to grill fresh seafood by the pool, and everything in between. Most importantly for us, it was a perfect spot to be just the three of us - without crowds or interruptions, tucked away on a hill with breathtaking scenery and luxurious surroundings of the villa. We truly were spoilt by the hospitality of the villas manager, Minas, who was so kind and helpful. The owners Matt and Pavlina have been amazingly responsive and made sure our stay was nothing but perfect. We have had time to decompress and re-energise, and even our baby was calmer, happier and slept better to the sound of the sea. We absolutely loved it and will surely be back."

Stunning property and location
" Beautiful, well-maintained villa with everything provided that you could possibly want. The information from the owners is very well thought out and useful. We loved some of the restaurant suggestions they made. The villa manager was extremely helpful and the welcome gifts were a lovely touch.We loved being on Lefkada at the end of the season as the beaches were quiet and we could enjoy the stunning scenery without any crowds. We cannot wait to book another visit! "

Gorgeous Villa with stunning views
" I was looking for a peaceful vacation to recharge from a busy year and I found it. The houses are beautiful and well equipped. The views of the Ionian Sea are indescribable. I spent most of my time lounging around the pool, but did visit Kathisma Beach which is just below the property and Mylos beach which is an extraordinarily beautiful beach a short drive away. On my next visit I will be joining the paragliders that floated by the house most days. My only reservation in recommending this property wholeheartedly is that it may make booking my next visit more difficult. If you book this property you will not be disappointed. If I can't book it, I will be! "

Wonderful Greek Villa
" Amazing villa in an amazing private location. Wonderful view overlooking Kathisma beach, fantastic swimming pool, beautiful outdoor space with very comfortable furniture. A beautiful contemporary villa with everything my family of four needed to make this a very enjoyable week. Kathisma beach is a short drive away and is well worth a visit during the day or in the early evening as the day cools down. From the comfort of the balcony you can watch and listen to the waves on Kathisma beach, watch the para gliders or watch the sunset!
Agias Nikitas, a short drive away, is a lovely, lively small town with plenty of good restaurants and bars.
We will definitely visit again! "

Perfection!
" Travelling as a family of four , our experience at Villa Oceanos was amazing...
The villa itself was a perfect oasis for us to relax in and enjoy all the magic Lefkada had to offer! Spacious, modern, private and luxurious, the villa layout has been very well thought out - We enjoyed most amazing uninterrupted sunset and sea views from every part of the house - upstairs, downstairs, outside & while relaxing in the gorgeous pool .... truly magical!
The position of the villa is fantastic, with Kathisma beach further down the road & the beautiful quaint village of Agios Nikita only a short drive away.
Matt & Pavlina were extremely helpful leading up to the trip, offering advice on car rental, ferries and a long list of recommendations of restaurants, beaches & activities all over the island, which was fantastic.
The property manager Minas was wonderful & made sure we were well looked after which was great.
An perfectly unforgettable experience leaving us wanting more.....🌞 Thank you! "

Amazing Villa and view
" We stayed 2 weeks in the villa oceanos. The villa and the view are stunning. The location is perfect, just above kathisma beach which is really beautiful.
The pool and the outdoor space are perfect to relax during the afternoon. The villa is spacious confortable and modern.
Minas the manager was very nice and helpfull, and Matt the owner gave us good advices for restaurants, beaches and activities.

Simply Sensational Holiday at Kathisma Bay Villas!
" It's not everyday that you get to stay somewhere that literally takes your breath away. Kathisma Bay Villas certainly does just that as well as ticks all the boxes and more with its simply stunning view point over Kathisma Beach and its convenient location. It was an easy 2-3min drive to the beach and equidistance from Argios Village, and a mere 4.5hr drive from Athens which was surprisingly easy on the new highway.
The Villas are beautifully laid out and designed, and the vantage point is private and secluded so that you can enjoy the beautiful Mediterranean seascapes and sunsets at your leisure.
The staff and hosts were very friendly and helpful in pointing us in the right direction so that we knew the best places to eat and enjoy Lefkada.
It goes without saying that we had a wonderful time with our two young children (4 & 7 years old) who loved the infinity pool and the clear sandy beaches nearby as much as we did! All in all we had a very relaxing and incredibly enjoyable vacation.

Simply fantastic!
"We had a just wonderful stay in Lefkada and the Kathisma Villa. We were two couples with two young kids. The villa is brand new (we were only the third family to have stayed there), has all you need and most importantly has such a stunning view to die for. There is also a cool breeze in the evening, which is very agreeable after long sunbaths.
The villa is overlooking Kathisma Beach, which was one of our favorites. The beach is long and large enough so that it never gets too crowded. If you enjoy peace and quiet, go on the far side down south, you are sure to have noone spoiling the view morning to evening. Otherwise, there are some cool clubs/bars for the younger ones as well (they can get a little loud on the weekend).
Nearby we also enjoyed Milos beach, which is a beautiful beach only accessible by foot about 15 minutes departing from Agios nikitas. Agios is about 3 minutes drive from the Villa and is a nice little village with small groceries and restaurants (although we found some of the restaurants a little touristy). If you need real food shopping (for bbc or else), Lefkas town is only 20 minutes drive. Near lefkas town, there is also beaches where you can practice wind sports (kite and winsurf), the beach is empty and beautiful, yet very windy in the afternoon. Lefkada island is small and you can go pretty much anywhere within 1 hour drive, but you can’t really do much without a car.
Minas who welcomed us and was in charge of maintaining the villa was simply a fantastic person. He even came once late in the evening to help us start the barbecue, because we thought the tank was empty…after we made him come ”for nothing” he even offered us a nice bottle of wine! That’s the lefkan’s spirit we experienced in nearly every places we went. The lefkans are genuinely warm, welcoming and generous people, and you will very rarely have any bad experiences.

Wonderful week at Kathisma villas
" The villa was as spectacular in real life as it is in the pictures. The view is breathtaking and the villa had everything we needed and was clean and nicely decorated. It's a couple of minutes drive to the beach and parking is easy if you pay 6 euro to park under the shade cloths. The little village nearby Agios Nikitas is very quaint and has lots of little tavernas at which to eat. There is also a little cafe there you can buy day to day necessities. The restaurant Rachi at the top of the hill is an absolute must for sundowners and dinner but it was also great to have a relaxing barbeque at the villa. Minas, the manager is extremely helpful and friendly, yet unobtrusive. A drive around to the other side of the island to Nydri was also fun and we took a boat to the island Meganisi for lunch. A fantastic week at a stunning place"

Beautiful Modern Villas with Killer View!
" The villas themselves are fantastic modern abodes. You can tell that years of thought and planning have gone into them - The details are just right. But its Greece so its all about the outdoor space, of which these have loads. The private pools with that view are simply outstanding. We spent a week there and enjoyed every minute. The kids loved it too, with loads of safe space to run around, and plenty of entertainment with the para-gliders floating over head! Evening BBQs with ice cold beers - what could be better! "
